Bass employs a staff of NACE certified cathodic protection testers, technologists, senior technologists and specialists to test and evaluate your cathodic protection systems. Our technicians are experts at performing annual pipe to soil surveys, periodic rectifier inspection, soil resistance testing, performing ultrasonic thickness tests and repairing existing systems.
For clients with geographically scattered cathodic protection systems, Bass offers remote monitoring as a cost effective alternative to the traditional rectifier survey. The monitoring systems are provided by Bass, eliminating the need to purchase equipment. All remote monitoring unit (RMU) fees and maintenance are included in the monitoring agreement, Periodic reports are reviewed by a certified NACE cathodic protection tester to ensure data integrity. E-mail alerts can be set up to notify key personnel when a problem arises.
